• Certificate of Achievement in Cookery Skills and Food and Beverage in Level 2

Entry:

• Open, however, entry is also at the HOF’s discretion

Information:

• This course offers hands on experience in catering and cookery skills
• Students will gain practical skills in preparation and presentation of foods and beverage to the hospitality industry standards
• Students will have the opportunity to do off-site training and explore a variety of hospitality experiences
