Senior Staff

The Senior Leadership Team comprises the Principal and four Deputy Principals. While the Principal (Martin Isberg) has overall responsibility, the team works closely together with each Deputy Principal having particular areas of responsibility. Key discussions in the school are made in consultation with the staff and Board of Trustees. A huge emphasis is placed on effective planning and reviewing of the school goals to ensure that the school is continually improving.

As a result of the departure of our long-serving Principal, Rob Mill, the Senior Leadership Team is reorganising. Martin Isberg has assumed the role of Principal and Chris Wood has joined the team. In 2010 Gael Ashworth has Study Leave, and Melissa Denzler will take over her role for the year. Duties and responsibilities for the team are as follows:

Martin Henry – Student Guidance and Support
Janette Melrose – Curriculum, Student Learning and Achievement
Chris Wood – School Operations and Development
